Seizure Classification

The dilemma of classifying a seizure is a common scenario in our clinical practices. The entire management of seizures in follow up can change if initial classification is not correct. So, one should be very careful in nomenclatures and should not hesitate to revise the label at any time if a different pattern is evident clinically.
