Foreign body Aspiration in children

We all have encountered clinical scenarios of classical presentation of a toddler coming after some foreign body aspiration. But clinical dilemma arises when we do not get a classical history in cases of cough which do not have a very acute onset and chest X-rays are also unequivocal.

How not to miss such cases? Dr Ankit Parakh, Pediatric Pulmonologist at Centre for Child Health, BLK Super Speciality Hospital, has addressed to such situations taking case-based scenarios from his clinical work.
