Foreign body Aspiration in children

We all have encountered clinical scenarios of classical presentation of a toddler coming after some foreign body aspiration. But clinical dilemma arises when we do not get a classical history in cases of cough which do not have a very acute onset and chest X-rays are also unequivocal.
